Hi! I've lived in Livingston most all of my life as did my parents and grandparents. Livingston has gone through many changes since my childhood, but it is still a wonderful place to live and raise children.

For the outdoorsman it is a paradise (Paradise is the name of our valley south!) for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, fishing, and hunting. The town of Bozeman (a college town) only 23 miles away, has great shopping and restuarants and a ski resort.

I'm a people person and enjoy meeting new people. All of my working carrer has been with the public. Its extremely satisfying to me to help someone find their perfect property. I will work hard for you.

I'm a mother of two daughters who love animals (we frequently volunteer at the local animal shelter), books, friends, and just being girls having fun!
